Only IBUA approved uniforms may be worn for all IBUA contracted games. The Uniform Standards are:

The Independent Baseball Umpires Association is now providing and assigning umpires for the Delco (Delaware County, PA) Semi Pro League, and the new Liberty Bell League of the MABL.

The Delco League is the oldest Semi Professional Baseball League in the United States, and is regarded as one of the best if not the best league of it's kind on the east coast. Many of it's players have professional playing experience and/or collegiate playing experience. The member teams play a 32 game schedule from May to August.

The Liberty Bell League is a mens baseball league which plays doubleheaders on Sundays from April to August. The League was founded in 2010 as an option for players wishing to compete at a higher level.

An online application process is available for the Independent Baseball Umpires Association at www.IndUmps.com. Prospective members may access and complete the online form by clicking the Member Application link on the left side of the screen.

Applicants should follow the instructions on the top of the application. Upon submission of the application and receipt of an application fee and annual dues, the applicant's information will be reviewed prior to acceptance. Once accepted the applicant will be notified via email with information on accessing IndUmps.com secure areas and other important association information.
